Service Fees

Paid by riders

  • Tech fee ($0.60)
  • Stripe Fee (2.9% +$0.3 of a total fare)
  • Pollution Fee ($0.17)
  • DIA ( $3.29)
  • Toll Fee
  • 100% of service fees go to vendors

Driver pays $0 on these fees.

They are covered by the rider. The coop covers an additional:

Trip Fare

(Total fare - services fees)

Driver earns 80%

Coop earns 20%

Trip fare is the amount used to calculate driver pay.

How the Coop uses the 20%:

  • Tech fee ($0.60)
  • Driver pollution fee ($0.17)
  • Insurance (70-$100k)
  • PUC annual permit (16k-78k)
  • Staff salary, rent, utility, marketing etc.
