Important Dates

• Candidacy Application Period: August 1–17, 2025
• Driver members can send their self-nominations here
• Send your CV/resume
• One reference is required to apply

• Board Candidate Forums:
• Forums will be held for candidates. Attending both the in person and online forums is mandatory for all candidates.
• In-Person: August 18 (1–3 PM) at the DCC office | Register here
• Virtual via Zoom: August 20 (1–2 PM) | Register here

During the forums, candidates will have 3-5 minutes to:

• Introduce themselves

Election Week: August 25–30 (9 AM–5 PM)

• Voting available in person (at the office) or online

Board Composition & Requirements

• Six driver-owners will be elected
• Board candidates must complete 15 volunteer hours to qualify (completed anytime between September 2024 and August 2025)
• Must be in good standing (no violations of Coop policies/code of conduct between Jan–Aug 2025)

Regional Representation

We are electing board members from across Colorado. For appropriate representation of all members, seats will be divided as follows:

• Denver Metro: 3 seats
• North (Boulder, Longmont, Greeley): 1 seat
• West (Aspen, Montrose): 1 seat
• South (Colorado Springs, Pueblo): 1 seat

Election Oversight

An Election Committee will oversee the process, including two outside observers to ensure transparency and fairness.
