Amendment to Section 4.6 Quorum for Member Meetings

Drivers Cooperative Colorado has published an amendment to Section 4.6 of our bylaws, updating the quorum requirements for member meetings.

As a member-owned cooperative, our bylaws define how we make decisions together — and from time to time they need to be updated to keep our governance strong, fair, and workable as the cooperative grows. This amendment concerns Section 4.6: Quorum for Member Meetings, which sets the rules for how many member-owners must be present for a meeting's decisions to be valid.
