I have issues on the road

If you encounter issues on the road, your safety is the top priority. Ensure you are safe first. For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 immediately.

If you are involved in an accident during a trip with the coop, rest assured that you are covered by our insurance. Details of our insurance coverage are attached here. Also, contact us immediately by calling our office (720-618-5961) or email us.

I need to update my documents on my app

To update your documents, please do the following:

  1. Log into your driver account.
  2. Go to "Account" at the bottom right of your screen.
  3. To update your driver documents, hit "Documents". To update your vehicle related documents, hit "Vehicles" and choose the vehicle you would like to update.

My account was disabled

Your account has been disabled for the following reasons:

  • You failed to make a payment 
  • You didn’t pay or didn’t pass your background check 
  • Failed to comply with TDC-CO regulations/code of conduct
  • Please reach out to [email protected] for support.

Is my vehicle qualified to drive?

Your vehicle must satisfy the following criteria in order to drive:

  • 16-year old (2009) vehicle or newer
  • Vehicle must have at least 4 doors
  • 5-8 seats, including the driver's
  • No more than 200k miles
  • Valid Colorado license plate
  • Vehicle must pass an inspection
